Are you use git checkout or some other version? I see this is not updated git master.<br>

Can you please:<br>
1. stop the ovirt-engine service.<br>
2. execute engine-cleanup<br>
3. remove /var/log/ovirt-engine/*<br>
4. start over with engine-setup<br>
5. resend the logs?<br>
