spice talks directly to the host, not to engine, so you need to fix your mappings per host.<br>
there is some work on a spice squid proxy which would tunnel such requests and would solve this problem for you.<br>

Hence the port forward range. All I get is a window opening, cursor<br>
becomes an X and after about 30 seconds it closes.<br>

Any help would be much appreciated.<br>
