I had the very same issue in Fedora 18 and solved like following:<br>
<br>
chown 644 /etc/pki/vdsm/libvirt-spice/server-key.pem<br>
<br>
start your VM , it will fail, so take a look at <br>
<br>
/var/log/libvirt/qemu/yourmachinaname.log<br>
<br>
It will say something like "cannot raed image "xxx followed by a ling path<br>
<br>
chmod 666 the_long_path<br>
<br>
start your vm: it will run<br>
<br>
libvirt changed something in permissions<br>
<br>
Not wonderful to have to make 666 the images, but it works<br>
