<div dir="ltr">Hi Omer,<div><br></div><div>It's resolved now...the VM disk was in locked status and release once the VM deployed...but still don't know why it took long time to copy the VM disk....any ways thanks for the help.</div>

is it running or image locked?<br>
if its running, right click and select 'Power off'<br>
<br>
if it doesn't work, or anything else,<br>
please explain exactly what did you do, and if possible attach engine.log<br>
