I don't see the guest agents running on your screenshots.<br>

service --status-all should show the guest agent as well, however on
that particular machine you made the screenshot of, it's not even
showing as installed.<br>
<br>
The ACPI reboot should work though, even without the guest agent but
not sure why it seems not to work for you.<br>
