Run as root: apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
ovirt-guest-agent<br>
That should install ovirt-guest-agent in version 1.0.10.2 that

I don't see the guest agents running on your
screenshots.<br>

service --status-all should show the guest agent as
well, however on that particular machine you made the
screenshot of, it's not even showing as installed.<br>

The ACPI reboot should work though, even without the
guest agent but not sure why it seems not to work for
you.<br>

shutdown script rights, the latest version of the guest
agent in the repositories contains a fix for that.<br>

It might be that you're affected to the sudoers.d file bug
which we did recently fix.
