Ah found it, there was nothing extra from debug log so I checked all the <br>
config files again. <br>
<br>
It appears I was suffering from a sticky fingers vim bug ;-) In the <br>
properties instead of "include = <ipa.properties>" I had "nclude = <br>
<ipa.properties>" with the "i" missing. <br>
<br>
Maybe we should have an error message but it's working now. <br>
