I've added two such images to public oVirt glance repository (<a href="http://glance.ovirt.org" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">glance.ovirt.org</a>):<br>
1. Fedora 22 Base Cloud Image<br>
2. Fedora 22 Cloud Atomic Image<br>

Both images were taken from <a href="https://getfedora.org/en/cloud/download/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://getfedora.org/en/cloud/download/</a>, the RAW version, as is.<br>
I haven't verified they are indeed working properly (importing, creating VMs, running them, cloud-init stuff, etc.).<br>

As far as I know they should come without any root password, so the password will only be set via cloud-init.<br>
