How to reproduce:<br>

Create a template with soundcard and memory ballon device<br>
Create a pool from the above template<br>
VMs and the pool itself have sound and balloon device<br>
<br>
Create a new Template as version 2 of the original one<br>
Check that sound and balloon are enabled in the template<br>
Reconfigure the pool to use version 2 of the template<br>
VMs and the pool itself have sound and balloon *unchecked* and cannot be enabled anymore<br>
