<p class="MsoNormal">Before you sysprep the VM did you make sure to add the floppy drive, so that Windows installs the driver? I ask because this is the step that I tripped me up when first started building my Windows templates. In the run once box just check
the Attach Floppy. Make sure it shows up in the VM before sysprep.</p>

Also can you please ensure you're windows machine is correctly joined in the AD.<br>

You should also check the log and see if the parameters are indeed send in the log,<br>
also check the event log in the windows if user will at least try to login.<br>
