Applying guidelines is something very good to do, by removing stuff that may only be 'recent trend' or 'buzz stuff' considering the audience that will use it is even better practice. I don't think oVirt Admins can be considered masses in that sense.<br>

Their user guideline is probably based on UI for the masses. I'd argue<br>
that oVirt, particularly the admin portal, is for a much more<br>
technical audience. I think right-click should stay for admin portal.<br>

Users are more likely to be less technical. I'd care much less if<br>
everything in the user portal had its own button or was in a menu list.<br>
