The oVirt Team has just released a new version of ovirt-engine-ui-extensions package (1.3.3) that fixes a few important bugs:
Bug 2073005- ui-extensions dialogs are flashing when they are rendered on a chrome browser

The update is already available mirror.centos.org and should land on oVirt mirrors within 24 hours.
