You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Note: The above message appears for librte_mbuf/mempool/pmd and several others.
It seems openvswitch specifically need DPDK v17 and not v18.
Please clarify.
