That doesn't seem to be the case since the screenshots mentions missing 'netaddr' and 'mock' packages.
Please try running:

sudo dnf install $(cat automation/check-patch.packages.fc29)

from your vdsm dir.

the following occurs on fedora 29, IDE:Pycharm 

could some one help me with this?
