Hi,

as Didi mentioned in relevant email thread "[ovirt-devel] [ACTION REQUIRED] unicode patches merged, update otopi" both otopi and ovirt-engine must be updated to latest version. So most probably both otopi and ovirt-engine have to go though CQ at once.
