I am interested in being part of ovirt for gsoc 2017.
I have looked into ovirt project ideas and the project that I find most suitable is Configuring the backup storage in ovirt.

Since the ovirt online docs have sufficient info for getting started for development so I don't have a questions about that but I want to clarify one doubt that did the previous year mentioned project on ovirt gsoc page are also available to work on?
I will also appreciate any discussion about the project or question from mentor side.Even some guideline for start working is welcome.
