you’re referring to ppc64le I suppose (as per the log). Not to be confused with ppc64 (big endian).
And yes we need it, it’s one of the supported platforms and everyone is supposed to verify their stuff on ppc64le in addition to x86_64;)

Please use https://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/virt/$basearch/ovirt-4.2/ instead.
