Rebasing oVirt Live master on new VDSM API

Rebasing Hosted Engine on new VDSM API

Dropped ovirt-host-deploy-offline package, not used anymore by node and ovirt live

oVirt Host Deploy now has pt_BR localization (thanks to Wesley Morais de Oliveira)

Infra:

Fixed several jenkins jobs

Disabled / removed all 3.5 jenkins jobs

CentOS Virt SIG:

3.6.3 rpms have been released within Virt SIG repos

Wki has been updated with references to the new web site.
