just saw you asked about lago job (its actually ost,  but nm) and not to run it on your laptop via cli. 

that's a bit more tricky but doable,  we are working on providing such feature as part of the zuul project,  but maybe we can think on some temp solution until it will be ready

yes,  iirc just give lago cli the url of the build in Jenkins instead of the repo url you use and it should work (at least repoman has this capability),  it might need some extra params.
