The good news is that Daniel was able to make some progress on fixing this during last week, so hopefully we'll able to disable external repos
soon and get rid of errors from external repos completely.

But packages get updated here and there. How do we keep the internal repo up-to-date?

This kind of failure is to be expected once or twice on a weekly basis.
