I'm suggesting a packaging change for ovirt-engine allowing to reduce the space needed to install a minimal ovirt-engine.

Do we have a bz to track it? How engine-setup can upgrade from a non-scl to a scl postgres setup? Who's going to handle it?

Do we have plans to split userportal/backend to their own containers at some point?
