Thank you very much for the info.
I am able to see other similar ones including Run VM, Shutdown VM, Take VM, Reboot VM, etc, but cannot see "Return VM" -- I tried with VM pool but no success so far.

there's should be some 'side tab' in VM view in userportal, in which you can 'shutdown' it by clicking it. And If you hover your mouse over that button, there should be your text in tooltip.
