We need to disable this in stdci.yml, or change the change queue to ignorethis build if possible.
I suggest to disable it if it's not stable and we don't use it, its a single VM that was borrowed from external resource.
Viktor, can you look into this issue soon?
Failing the s390x build blocks building the next ovirt release.
