Looks like it missed the build, how critical is it? Cannot it wait for next week build?

It can wait, it affects only systems with 3rd party certificates, not tested yet by QE.

Users can apply this fix manually by adding a local configuration file:

$ cat /etc/ovirt-imageio/conf.d/99-local.conf
[backend_http]
ca_file = /path/to/engine-ca

Maybe adding this to the release notes is good idea if we plan an oVirt release
before the next build.

We are still in release candidate phase so it can be included in next one.
