Even I can do that. I've rebase your patches on top of current master,
and reintroduced Mucha's patch (https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/81639/).
If OST passes, I'll ask you to backport your injection fixes - we need
to solve the MAC collision bug in ovirt-4.1, too.
