Glad to hear it went smoothly,  now we can look at all the cool plugins also :)

Kudos Anton, Eyal and team. Long waited. Till now everything looks good.

Can you specify what plugins are available now?

So is 'Submit Whole Topic' is enabled?

BTW few important fixes/additions I see added -
- Search supports "file:name"
` file:vm_sp.sql is:open ` will return all open requests on vm_sp.sql. That should help people to track changes in areas of interest.
- solved the 'Cannot Merge' issue on submiting a change https://code.google.com/p/gerrit/issues/detail?id=3742
-
Add a background job to automatically abandon inactive changes.  (@Anton what's the configuration of that job?)
- Inline editing + Follow Up button and more https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/Documentation/user-inline-edit.html

Hello All.

gerrit.ovirt.org upgrade is done and we are now running the latest stable version.

Quick smoke test did not highlight any issues. As usual feel free to let us know at infra if there are any problems.

Anton.

We do not have snapshot ready at the moment. Thus upgrade is moved to a later time - 18:00 IST (17:00 CET).

Hello All.

We plan to upgrade gerrit to a new version today starting tentatively at 15:00 IST (14:00 CET). However it might be postponed to a later time if we did not manage to get snapshot by that time. During the upgrade the gerrit will not be available. This should not take longer than few hours and I will keep you updated on the progress.

Please note that we plan to upgrade to the latest major version 2.12.2. First of all we hope that stability issues that we face are solved there. Besides that consecutive upgrade was required to be able to use online re-indexing limiting downtime.

The version has the following core features:

- Significant online edit UI improvements
- New change submission workflows: Submit Whole Topic and Submitted Together.
- Support for GPG Keys and signed pushes.

Please let us know if there is anything critical that is preventing us from this upgrade.

You can follow up release notes at [1], [2] and [3].
