blocking 4.2.7 RC3 build due to jenkins jobs disappeared deleting the builds to be released.

Affected build is: https://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-provider-ovn_4.2_build-artifacts-el7-x86_64/213/ 

Job has been deleted with: 

commit 54d376c3b98bf446725348ca6ebaefabdae891d8 (HEAD -> master, origin/master, origin/HEAD)
