I understand installing OSP is outside the scope of support and that
the Neutron Open vSwitch agent configuration needs to be performed
manually but adding a node/host via RHV-M/ovirt-engine fails because
part of the ovirt_host_deploy process is to touch the agent INI file.
Are you saying the Neutron external provider should not be selected on
the add host screen?
