org.ovirt.engine.api.restapi.resource.BackendApiResource.getSchema() might ignore java.io.IOException

This method might ignore an exception.  In general, exceptions should be handled or reported in some way, or they should be thrown out of the method.

Please review / fix ASAP since 3.5.5 RC1 build is scheduled for Sep 16th.
