That one, while correct, did not entirely fix for me an elusive issue where *sometimes* ovirt-engine installation takes 5-9 minutes. Still looking into it.

Doesn't matter, as I plan to introduce a test that does both in the same time, then does something else (the quota stuff).

This will require to re-do some of my changes (above) to simplify the provisioning of the servers. They are still easy to do, though. 

If you have any updates on the bugs/patches please reply with more info.

I've just sent https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/55917/ to remove ovirt-system-tests for oVirt 3.5 No one is using or maintaining it.
