As I see it is the same issue discussed here.

For the ExtractPathNoPathError it seems to be not reported, and after disabling fluentd collection we now getting "ExtractPathNoPathError: scp: /var/lib/pgsql/upgrade_rh-postgresql95-postgresql.log: No such file or directory" collection error. The root cause for both might be common, I opened [1] and [2] JIRA to track this, but it is still not clear what's wrong.
