I'm actually representing the openEuler ovirt SIG here, they have been working on porting and testing for a few months,
and there is some progress. We want to check for possibilities for the ovirt upstream version to support ARM as well.

Dennis Gilmore reported success in running ovirt-engine on aarch64 too.

It would be nice to see an interest group working together on this.
