libvirtd fails with this error when I activate VirtualMachineManager

Among steps that I have tried were destroying the default pool and recreating it, removing all libvirt packages and virtual-machine-manager, erasing /etc/libvirt, and reinstalling them, all result with this error

Has anyone encountered this error/ has an idea how to fix it?
