Change subject: move ovirt-engine build artifacts to build on-change ...................................................................... move ovirt-engine build artifacts to build on-change Now that we build 'minimal' profile for engine and build time is only 10 min, we should trigger the build-artifacts on each change like we do for all other projects and not run it each 2 hours. This change will enable faster run of OST jobs and improved traceback of patch that causes a regressions. Furthermore, it will add crucial metadata on the author/committer of the patch if we want to alert him on the failure.
