Hi Eyal,

Sounds good!

The blocker I have now for the email -> support ticket task is that the Jira cloud doesn't support self-signed certificates[1]. Not sure if this is something we can sort out by the support. To proceed, we need an ssl certificate for this mail server which is signed by some CA. Don't foresee any other issues with the setup as of now. Once I'm able to configure a pop account in jira, I can add a handler to listen on this incoming mails and create a ticket.

**See the Protocol row.

Thanks,
Vishnu

hey vishnu,

since we're not always online the same time and some asked me to see how is the email task
is progress since they are very interested in it, i thought maybe you can send a weekly email, with updates on how is it going and maybe thoughts or help you need, to the infra list.

what do you think?
at least until we'll have the ovirt jira working well, then we will just monitor the tickets themselves
