I've seen a job blocked waiting on a pid here: http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/cockpit-ovirt_4.2_check-patch-fc27-x86_64/109/console

and staty stuck there for more than 20 minutes due to:

Please disable the makecache timer on the slaves in order to avoid getting jobs stuck.
