Are we officially supporting fcraw for engine?

We want Fedora support back in 4.3 and the only way for not being already obsolete when we release 4.3 is starting with rawhide in early stages of development for 4.3.
Please keep me updated if you see breackage on CI due to fedora 27 / fcraw builds, I'm still preparing jobs in jenkins and I may have missed something
