Why did above run fail, then?
The CentOS 8 mirrors have been recently added after the mirroring scripts were changed to add module support, either that does not work well yet, this test correlated with one of the initial issues found (see the history in the infra ML), or the OST code needs to somehow explicitly enable some modules.
