Hi!

I want to perfom pre-integration testing. I have a patch on Gerrit and want to give it to QE for testing before it gets merged. But QE needs RPMs to install in her environment. And I don't know any way to trigger RPM build without access to Jenkins.

Any code change should be done via code change via YAML, and retry for builds can be done without logging in.
