That is a bit strange as the package is in the repo:

Need to check if repodata is not corrupted

This looks like we have package files missing in the repo without
having properly updated repo MD files.

I'm running the same reposync in Docker ATM to see if this reproduces.

Did anyone intentionally remove any packages?
Do we need to update some procedure to make sure people remember to
run 'createrepo' or use repoman?
