Also: How to find it? The only reliable way I have right now is from
the emails it sends to infra.
Can you somehow make the job add a comment in github? Although I admit
I now consider moving it 
to gerrit, as I do not see any advantages to github, and gerrit is
definitely more supported.

There is no place in GitHub to add such a comment.
Once a PR is closed it can no longer be commented upon, unlike patches in Gerrit.
