I'm very glad to hear that you want to work with oVirt Gerrit.
From the attached log, you are reaching gerrit.ovirt.org server throught port 22, but receving connection time out when connecting throught port 29418 (this is a gerrit default port).

There can be few reasons for that:
1. You are blocked by your local iptables\firewall <== already checked
2. You are blocked by your office or home firewall <== need to check

ok, can you please try to connect to gerrit.ovirt.org via port 22 and send me the output?

$ ssh -vv gerrit.ovirt.org -p 22 
(from your previous email i saw that your default port to the server is via 29418)

BTW, why are you trying to connect to gerrit? Is there anything that i can help you with?

Its seems that there is some iptables/firewall issue on your machine.
Please make sure that port 29418 (tcp) is open.
