So now, this is public, i was hoping that someone would know what this
is about, but since there is a lack of answer, I guess I need to ask ask
for clarification.

David, can you explain a bit more ?
I do not know what is it about, nor even whose Michal we are speaking
about ( I assume Michal Skrivanek, so correct me if i am wrong ).

Do you have a reference on this issue, or something ?
