Try looking at jenkins logs and see if something happened during that restart

I still see failures on some of the builds with similar symptoms:

[~ngoldin@redhat.com] could some Jenkins plugin be causing these issues? I'm not very familiar with Jenkins, but maybe something got updated and was triggered by yesterdays reboot of the Jenkins VM.
