There was a network outage in our main DC yesterday.

A bunch of services, including lists, were unreachable for several hours (from 15:05 UTC till 17:40 UTC) 

Sorry for the inconvenience, everything is back up now. Emails sent to lists while they were offline will get delivered within 48h.
