In the Gerrit logs I see the following error message:

review_site/logs/error_log.2016-10-08:[2016-10-08 12:45:16,341] [HTTP-749] ERROR com.google.gerrit.httpd.auth.openid.OpenIdServiceImpl : Cannot discover OpenID http://pkliczew.id.fedoraproject.org/

review_site/logs/error_log.2016-10-08:org.openid4java.discovery.yadis.YadisException: 0x706: GET failed on http://pkliczew.id.fedoraproject.org/ : 503

Can you please try later on today and let me know if it works?
