STDCI-V2 doesn't change anything that is related to the code of the project (aka check-patch).

As soon as mock_runner begins to run, it's exactly the same code as in V1.

If the results are different, it may indicate on an inconsistency in the test.

Does the new STDV2 change anything significant re load/timing/etc.? V1
below succeeded.
