Doesn't look like you need to. As I said, it worked for me in the morning. 
If these packages were missing for some reason (that's what the error message claimed), they are now present. so you do not need to do anything.

I don't follow - we require these repos:

ovirt-snapshot,http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-master-snapshot/rpm/$distro
ovirt-snapshot-static,http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-master-snapshot-static/rpm/$distro
ovirt-ci-tools,http://resources.ovirt.org/repos/ci-tools/$distro
lago,http://resources.ovirt.org/repos/lago/stable/0.0/rpm/$distro

We never seen an issue with fcoe-utils or the other packages until now.

Do we need to require additional repos?
