Hmm… unfortunately the cleanup cron job just cleans up all nightly repos without letting you to easily configure which ones to clean and which ones to not…

I guess it was easy for us – because that way we didn't need to configure it for every version, but it makes things more difficult now…

Remove the 4.1 nightly publisher job

It may be the case that we don't need the 4.1 publisher jobs any more. Since those jobs are still in the old pre-CQ format where artifacts we collected by the job itself, their existence makes the CI system's maintenance harder…
