Hi,

When uploading a patch-set where the only difference comparing to the previous one is in the commit message, the CI's ack is supposed to be copied from the previous patch-set instead of triggering new jobs.

However, that didn't happen for: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/81389/

We would appreciate your investigation of that.
